Blooming Together, led by MaryLuz Naranjo, CEO of Naranjo Roses, seaks for gender equality. Inspired by her triumphs in the male-dominated floral industry.

This movement involves collaborative workshops and activities, fostering awareness and transformative change. Clear objectives include sensitizing the workforce, establishing safe spaces for victims of violence, eradicating gender-based inequity within Naranjo Roses, and cultivating a culture that empowers women. And this year obtaining the patent for our logo and this beautiful proyect.

Additionally, “Blooming Together” seeks integration within the family and future generations, emphasizing the recognition and protection of women’s rights. Commencing on International Women’s Day, March 8th, this initiative underscores Naranjo Roses’ commitment to a workplace where gender equality and empowerment flourish. Acknowledging harsh statistics on gender-based violence, we pledge an active stance, creating a supportive space beyond the workplace to break the cycle of silence, provide resources, and foster an atmosphere of value, respect, and protection for every woman.

Designed for the women of Naranjo Roses, this space fosters participation and dialogue around societal issues. Enthusiastically introduced as part of the Blooming Together project led by Maryluz, it provides a secure and attentive environment for women to confront their fears.
