WEF Ecuador Launch 2025
Cultivating Purpose, Power & Partnership
Cultivating Purpose, Power & Partnership
Quito, Ecuador – July 11, 2025 – In a vibrant celebration of purpose, synergy, and expansion, the Women Economic Forum (WEF) Ecuador 2025 officially launched its agenda with a powerful gathering of leaders from across sectors. Held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Quito, the event brought together government officials, private sector changemakers, and civil society organizations to spotlight the importance of women’s economic empowerment and collaborative leadership.
As a brand rooted in beauty, identity, and social impact, Naranjo Roses proudly participated—representing not only the power of Ecuadorian floriculture, but also the stories of the women who make our roses bloom.
With support from institutions like the Inter‑American Development Bank (IDB), SLB (Schlumberger), and in collaboration with Continental Tire Andina, Colineal, Oriflame, and ATREVIA, the event provided a platform for connection, vision, and bold ideas.
Our preserved rose installation—featuring a stunning floral structure made of Lulu Roses—offered a visual tribute to strength, grace, and permanence. It welcomed attendees at the venue entrance, inviting them into a space where floral artistry met purpose-driven dialogue.
In addition, we gifted 40 jumbo preserved roses to special guests—each one a symbol of timeless beauty, appreciation, and the enduring impact women have across every industry.
Representing Naranjo Roses, Maryluz Naranjo, Carlos Gómez, and Nicole Ramírez were present throughout the event, connecting with women leaders, entrepreneurs, and advocates to explore future collaborations. Among the key moments was the introduction of Blooming Together—our signature initiative focused on gender equity and women’s leadership in floriculture.
Blooming Together celebrates and supports the women who lead in our farms, packing houses, and communities—encouraging growth not just through flowers, but through education, visibility, and opportunity.
We took this chance to engage future ambassadors for the project, inviting them to join us in creating safe, empowering, and dignified workspaces for women in agriculture.
As part of the All Ladies League (ALL) global network, WEF has a presence in over 100 countries, promoting values of leadership with purpose, sustainability, and inclusive development. With the launch of WEF Ecuador, a new chapter begins—one rooted in the voices, strengths, and aspirations of Ecuadorian women.
At Naranjo Roses, we believe that true growth begins at the roots—with the people, the land, and the stories that shape us. Participating in WEF Ecuador reaffirms our role as both an exporter of premium roses and a committed advocate for equity and empowerment.
We grow more than roses. We grow leadership, resilience, and a blooming future.
