Launched on International Women’s Day, Blooming Together is more than a campaign—it’s a movement. Through collaborative workshops and activities, we aim to:

Raise awareness about gender-based issues

Eliminate gender-based inequities within our organization
Foster a culture that empowers women

This year, we proudly obtained the patent for our logo, symbolizing our dedication to this beautiful project.

The Orange Circle: A Sanctuary for Dialogue

Within Naranjo Roses, the Orange Circle emerges as a safe haven, born from a gender-based violence mapping initiative. Designed for the women of Naranjo Roses, this space fosters participation and dialogue around societal issues. Enthusiastically introduced as part of the Blooming Together project led by Maryluz, it provides a secure and attentive environment for women to confront their fears.

At Naranjo Roses, where over 70% of our team is women, every day is Women’s Day—a daily affirmation of our commitment to recognizing rights, supporting struggles, and honoring strength.

As “Floreciendo Juntas” marks its third anniversary on March 8, 2024, we celebrate progress toward gender equity, propelled by our initiative. Aligned with our broader mission, we foster a workplace valuing every individual.
